Austdac has designed a new multistation intelligent amplifier suitable for use
on existing, or new, longwalls and conveyor systems, incorporating pre-start alarm,
voice messaging and audio intercom facilities.

The amplifier system is “system approved” which allows backwards integration of
all Austdac and DAC amplifier components, but the approval prohibits the
connection of other manufacturers components into the amplifier system.

The new amplifier system has full fault diagnostic capabilities, including:
• Stainless steel IP66 enclosure.
• Durable front membrane with tactile keys.
• Back lit LCD display, with simple to operate menu driven displays.
• Volume level setting.
• Noise cancelling microphone.
• Speaker monitoring.
• PSA Tone initiate and confirm status monitoring.
• Battery management software (enhancing battery life and reducing flat batteries).
• Lower line charge current.
• Remote Handset / Headset facilities.
