memory buttons have an automatic call divert facility as
standard, so that if a number (or URL) is not available
then to up to 20 alternatives can be dialled automatically.

telephones are hearing aid compatible. Handset units (Titan
& Commander) have the option of a noise cancelling handset,
while hands-free units (VR & Help Point) have call progress
visual indication as standard.
