indoor and outdoor Industrial Telephones are designed for
applications where standard telephones are not environmentally
suitable. Applications may include cold climate environments,
industrial facilities, or areas requiring a rugged phone.
These
Industrial Telephones include standard items such as a proximity
detecting hookswitch with no moving parts and a sealed keypad
to keep out dust, dirt and moisture. Other standard features
are: noise canceling microphone and volume control handset.
These telephones are fully line-powered, and do not require
an internal battery.
Models
246-001 and 256-001 are housed in high-impact, anti-corrosive
polyester enclosures resistant to thermal degradation and
immune to chemicals, solvents and salts. Equipped with special
Hytrel ® cords for added durability these models are ideal
for facilities requiring a durable telephone.
GAI-Tronics
Telephones provide total dependability for communications
in extreme environments and are fully warranted for one year
from the date of manufacture.
