Austdac has designed cost effective Gasing Adaptors and Protective Disposable Caps to
help protect the range of Trolex Sensors and to help with the calibration of sensors.

Protective Disposable Caps
These new protective disposable caps are now fully sealed with internal ‘O’ rings to ensure a water seal and an exact fit over the sensor heads. They are fitted with hydrophobic barriers to protect from water and dust penetration, yet allow the gas to penetrate.

The protective caps are designed to fit both the TX6383, (Flammable Sensor), TX6373 (Toxic Sensors range) and the TX3261 older style flammable sensors.

(Note: Remove protective caps prior to carrying out weekly
test, and inspect cap for ingress of water or dust.)

Calibration Caps
The new Calibration Cap is designed specifically for the Remote Brass Flammable Sensor head type TX6383/1. The unit has internal ‘O’ rings to ensure an exact fit over the sensor. The cap is fitted with a nozzle to allow the calibration gas to be inserted.

Calibration Cap

The new Calibration Cap is designed specifically for the Trolex range of both flammable and toxic sensor heads TX6373 and TX6383.

The unit has internal ‘O’ rings to ensure an exact fit over the sensor. The cap is filled with a nozzle to allow the calibration gas to be inserted.
