Austdac Pty Ltd have designed specific cables to suit system applications, taking into account the relevant parameters, inductance, capacitance, L/R ratio, and any other approval requirement necessary to ensure compliance with the standards.

The cable is central to the operation of any system, so selection of the correct parameters and type is critical. Cable that “looks similar” does not necessarily have the same parameters, capacitance etc. This can lead to system faults and possible approval issues. Where possible use manufactured system specific cables.

This is a five (5) core cable with two larger power cores and three signal cores with braided screen.

Part number BM3015
The BM3015 cable is a standard seven (7) core cable with braided screen.

COMMON USE: Connection of gas sensors.

Part number G2000B
This is a four (4) core cable with two larger power cores screened and two individually screened signal pairs (also used as SILBUS cable).

COMMON USE: Connection of gas sensor enclosures when an additional pair is required for monitoring and control, for the connection of amplifiers.

This is a four (4) core cable with two larger power cores screened and over-sheathed with a single overall screened signal pair.

COMMON USE: Connection and power of Trolex sensors.
