Austdac Pty Ltd is proud to announce that it is now part of the Hubbell Incorporated group. Hubbell Incorporated is listed on the New York Stock Exchange trading as HUBA, and HUBB.

Hubbell Incorporated is an international manufacturer of quality electrical and electronic products for commercial, industrial, residential utility and telecommunications markets. With 2005 revenues of US $2.11 billion, Hubbell incorporated operates manufacturing facilities in North America, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Italy, Switzerland, Brazil and the United Kingdom, participates in joint ventures in Taiwan and the People's republic of China and maintains sales offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, People's republic of China and the Middle East. The corporate headquarters is located in Orange CT. USA.

Austdac now forms part of the Hubbell Industrial Technology segment and will continue to trade as Austdac Pty Ltd. The Industrial Technology segment also contains the GAI-Tronics group which specialises in equipment for electrical and electronic Harsh and Hazardous areas including coal and other mining areas. A key brand name of GAI-Tronics is DAC, a mining equipment manufacturer from the UK. Austdac until 1/11/06 was privately owned and the exclusive distributor for products from GAI-Tronics (DAC) since its formation in 1983. Austdac has developed and manufactures a range of products which are complimentary to the GAI-Tronics range.

This leads Austdac Pty Ltd to an exciting new phase in allowing it to service the domestic and international mining and industrial sectors in worldwide markets, allowing access to territories serviced by the various Hubbell outlets.
